Saved hand in viewing issue.

When viewing a PDF hand in received from a student that has been previously saved by the student it appears that the text entered is duplicated. If the student completes and hands in the form without saving it there does not seem to be a problem. I am using some larger forms that will need to be saved and finished down the road later in the course. This seems to be an issue for both graded and nongraded hand in assignments. I did confirm a that both iPads were running the same iTunes U version. Any ideas?
